With a wide variety of classes designed for all interests and levels, the fall 2025 fitness classes offer everything from high energy cardio to calming yoga sessions, and everything in between.
Pump Up the Cardio
If you’re looking to break a sweat and boost your endurance, cardio focused classes are for you. Breakaway brings the energy of indoor cycling to challenge your legs and lungs, while Jazz Funk JAM turns your workout into a dance party with jazz and hip hop moves. Love to dance? Zumba keeps things fun with upbeat rhythms from around the world.
Power through with Strength + Conditioning
Build muscle and stamina with full body formats like HIIT (High intensity interval training) and Cardio sport which combines strength, agility, and team style drills. TRX suspension training uses your bodyweight for a total body challenge. Want to tone up? Try Body Pump or 6-pack abs for focused, results-driven sessions designed to help you meet your fitness goals.
Tone and Flow with Mind-Body Favorites
Balance your fall schedule with classes that prioritize core strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Barre Connect fuses Pilates, dance, and yoga for a graceful yet tough workout, and our yoga offerings, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, and Yoga Flow, let you stretch and reset while improving strength and balance.
Fall Fitness Workshops
This quarter’s workshops offer unique ways to get active and try something different. Salsa & Bachata brings rhythm and fun to the studio with energetic Latin dance instruction. If you’re interested in martial arts, Shorin Ryu Karate offers a hands-on introduction to traditional Okinawan self-defense techniques.
Specialty Classes For a New Kind of Challenge
Willing to try something new and fun? Acro Yoga combines acrobatics with traditional yoga in a fun, trust-based format. And if you’re ready to take your martial arts practice further, the extended Shorin Ryu Karate course offers advance instruction throughout the quarter.
Key Dates + Registration
Fee-based class registration opens on Sept. 15, with classes running from Sept. through Dec. Participants are encouraged to secure their spots early by registering through ASI Access or the ASI Fitness website. Registration for non-fee classes opens 24 hours in advance of each class. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time, bring the appropriate gear, and be ready to participate fully.
