A fusion of yoga and acrobatics done with a partner or group in which at least one person is lifted. Build trust, strength, and connection while learning how to support each other in space. Progress from fundamental skills to flowing postures through this global practice.

Know Before You Go

Mat Room 

No pre-requisites, some yoga experience is recommended.
No materials are required. Wear comfortable pants or shorts and a shirt that allow for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class.Registration required; there is a fee associated with this program.
