This class teaches awareness of breath combined with flowing movement and postures to create a feeling of balance, power, and strength.
Know Before You Go
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
