Strength & ToneEngage in a total body workout that combines music, dance, Pilates, and yoga. Barre Connect offers a fusion of movements designed to enable participants to tone and utilize the entire body.
Know Before You Go
Studio 2
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
