Barre ConnectStrength & Tone
This class teaches dance technique, Pilates conditioning, and yoga balance in a series of choreographed movement to leave you feeling lengthened, toned, and energized.
Know Before You Go
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
