Anderson Aquatic Center offers reservable and versatile aquatics space for Cal Poly clubs, club sports, campus groups, and external organizations. Whether you’re building endurance, team training, or refining technique—enjoy time in the water at the facility that supports every level of swimmer.
Equipment rentals are available at The Pro Shop at the Cal Poly Recreation Center.
Amenities
For student clubs, sport clubs, and campus partners, the Anderson Aquatic Center offers a reservable, year-round aquatic facility designed for practices, competitions, and group activities such as lap swimming and water polo.
For users of the space, the facility provides dedicated lifeguard staffing, flexible pool configurations including lane lines and options for 25-meter or 50-meter racecourses, racing blocks, 1-meter and 3-meter diving boards, equipment such as kickboards and pull buoys, and a streamlined reservation process to support safe and efficient use.

Parking
Visitors can pay to park at the parking lot pay station in the Grand Avenue parking structure or the G-2 lot on Longview Lane. Free two-hour parking is also available along Slack Street, Longview Lane, and Hathway Avenue. Visit Transportation & Parking Services for more information.
Facility Reservations
Host your next event in an ASI-managed facility! With multiple venues ranging from conference rooms to sport fields, a variety of options are available to Cal Poly students, Cal Poly affiliated programs, and non-Cal Poly affiliated groups.
