About the Studios
Eight studios are available for crafters to explore including surfboard shaping, ceramics, flameworking, woodworking, jewelry, stained glass, painting, and bike maintenance. Find your fit, or try each one for the ultimate Craft Center experience.
Showcase and sell your work to the community at our Fall and Spring Craft Sales! Artists retain profits from their sales with a commission of 15 percent for student vendors and 25 percent for non-student vendors paid to the Craft Center.
All of our studios and tools are available to pass holders. Purchase a quarter or day pass today to unleash your creativity.
Membership & Eligibility
Classes and studios are open to students and off-campus community members for hands-on project work with instruction or independently with appropriate safety certifications.
Intermediate level classes are available to those who have taken beginning level classes or have previous experience in flameworking or ceramics. To experience our studios on your own, purchase a pass and get crafting.
The Craft Center store has supplies available to use in the Craft Center studios. A variety of clay, glass for flameworking, paints, brushes, canvases, jewelry, and bike supplies can be purchased to enhance your crafting experience. Visit the store during Craft Center hours and purchase items directly at the front desk.
Lockers are available to all Craft Center participants on a quarterly or annual basis. Lockers are subject to availability and can be paid for or renewed during the first week of each quarter. When purchasing a locker, Craft Center combination locks will be issued, no personal locks allowed.
Need a tune-up for your bike? The Craft Center offers personal and specialized instruction to help your bike get back on the road. We have all the necessary tools, equipment, and advice to get your bike up to speed. The Craft Center has five bike repair stations, a wheel truing stand, compressed air for quick tire inflation, a water solvent tank, headset press, fork alignment gauge, tubes, patch kits, cables, and housing. Stop by during open bike advice time or sign up for our bike maintenance class to get started.
