In Baby & Me swimming classes, our instructors create an interactive, engaging learning environment by using songs and other fun activities for adults in the water to work directly with their children.
One-on-one swim lessons are available at the Cal Poly Recreation Center with our qualified ASI Aquatics instructors.
The Toddler and Me Swim Class is designed for toddlers aged 2–4 years. In this program instructors teach both adults and children through activities that teach independent submersions, breath control and rollover breathing.
