Strength & Tone

A vigorous workout that builds balance, strength, and flexibility by seamlessly connecting traditional yoga poses through Vinyasa, or riding the breath, creating a continuous, flowing sequence from one pose to the next.

Know Before You Go

Studio 2

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
