Cross Training

Move and lift your way through a High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class aimed at keeping your heart rate up and downtime low. H.I.I.T.’s 45-minute series of intense bursts of exercise and recovery will invigorate anyone’s fitness routine!

Know Before You Go
