This class is a weekly rotation of yoga instructors and styles to expand your yoga practice. Learn different styles of yoga, and experience different methods of teaching.

Know Before You Go

Studio 2

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
