2025–26 Priority Scheduling Update
Reservations for the 2025–26 academic year are now being accepted for event venues. Please contact your department’s scheduler to reserve a facility. Recognized Student Organizations (RSO’s) may submit requests via the E-plan beginning May 1, 2025.
Who Can Reserve
Reservations are available to Recognized Student Organizations, Cal Poly affiliated programs and departments, and non-Cal Poly affiliated groups.
Recognized Student Organizations
An Event Plan (E-Plan) must be submitted in order to make a reservation.
Cal Poly Departments & Programs
Work with your department’s scheduler to book a facility.
External Groups
Cal Poly’s Conference and Event Planning will handle every detail for you.
