Set-Up Your Access

Use ASI Access on desktop or in the FusionGO app to register for your favorite ASI programs, receive push notifications with important news and updates, and access the Cal Poly Recreation Center and Physical Education and Aquatics Center with touchless mobile entry. Complete the following steps to set up FusionGO and access to ASI-managed facilities and programs.

Students, faculty, staff, emeritus

• A My Cal Poly Portal login is required to use ASI Access on desktop and the FusionGO mobile app.
• If you have your My Cal Poly Portal login, proceed to step 2.
• Visit Cal Poly Information Technology Services for additional Portal information and assistance.

Alumni, household, affiliates

• Visit locations at either campus for assistance:
  • San Luis Obispo campus: Cal Poly Recreation Center (Building 43) Membership Services front desk to establish your record and receive your Local Login. 
  • Solano campus: Physical Education and Aquatics Center (PEAC) front desk

• Download FusionGO from the App Store or Google Play.
• Search for “Cal Poly” on the “Find Your Organization” page to connect.
• Select “Cal Poly” from results.

• Enter your credentials to gain access to ASI Access for both the San Luis Obispo and Solano campuses:
  • Students and Staff: Select the “Staff and Student Login” button, then enter My Cal Poly login credentials.
  • Alumni, Household Members, and Affiliates: Enter Local Login credentials via the email address and password sections.
• Follow prompts for any multi-factor authentication prompts (Duo Mobile), as provided.
• You are now logged into ASI Access!

• Waivers are accessible after logging in to ASI Access on FusionGO, via the “Home” or “Profile” panels.
  • Home: The landing page of ASI Access, also via the house icon in the lower lefthand side of footer navigation. Select the “Waivers” tile.
  • Profile: The Profile icon with user initials available in the lower righthand side of the footer navigation. Select the “Waivers” line item.
• A waiver will be prompted based on the facility being accessed:
  • Cal Poly Recreation Center (San Luis Obispo)
  • ASI Poly Escapes Climbing Park (San Luis Obispo)
  • Physical Education and Aquatics Center (Solano)
• Select and read the waiver prior to signing.
• Sign waiver by selecting the “Click to Sign” option, sign in the box, select “Save Signature” option, and then select “Accept Waiver.”
• A signed waiver is valid for one academic year.
• Please note, visitors under 18 years of age must provide parent or guardian information so a waiver can be sent for signature prior to using the facility. The signed waiver must be returned before access will be granted. Once the signed waiver is received, the user’s account will be updated and mobile app barcode access will be available.
• Email Membership Services for support at [email protected] (Recreation Center) or [email protected] (PEAC). 

• Your barcode will be accessible in the footer of the app once you are logged into ASI Access.
• Look for the large barcode icon within the circle in the center of the footer navigation.
• Click the icon to access the barcode.
• Scan the barcode at the entrance gates for entry into the Recreation Center or PEAC.

• Some ASI Fitness offerings require class reservations to eliminate a waiting line and support a more enjoyable fitness experience. 
• Spots are reserved through ASI Access:
  • On desktop, choose the “My Reservations” icon.
  • On the FusionGO app, select the “Quick Links” tab for the “Group Fitness Booking” to see list of classes requiring reservations linked in Fusion Bookings.
• Class reservations become available 24 hours before the desired class date.
