Intermediate & Masters Swim
Looking to gain new skills, develop your stroke, or improve your technique? All skill levels and interests are welcome to take a dip! Choose between Intermediate and Masters swim classes based on your prior swim experience.
Youth Swim Lessons
Learning to swim starts with ASI Aquatics’ Youth Swim Lessons! ASI Recreational Sports will now be offering small, tailored group Youth Swim Lessons to the children of Cal Poly Recreation Center members.

SCUBA Certification
Have you ever wanted to learn from dive professionals in the open ocean or earn your PADI Open Water Certification? Now is your chance! Register for the Open Water SCUBA Class from ASI Aquatics and get coached by SLO Ocean Currents instructors in the basic problem-solving and dive systems that will empower you to have safe and enjoyable dives.

Lap Pool
Dive into your aqua-fitness experience in our Olympic-size lap pool.
- 20 lane Olympic-size pool (50 meters)
- Depth ranges from 4’ to 7’ 6”
- Temperature ranges from 79 to 81 degrees
Leisure Pool
Float your worries away or play all day in the rejuvenating leisure pool.
- 3,500 square foot wading area
- Three lanes with depth ranging from 3′ 6″ to 4′ 6″
- Temperature ranges from 80 to 83 degrees
- Vortex resistance pool
- Water basketball & water volleyball

Aquatic Gear
Kickboards, pull buoys, water jogging belts, aqua basketballs, and more are available on the pool deck. Additional gear can also be checked out or purchased at The Pro Shop.
Aqua Fit
Splash up your routine! Aqua Fit is a great way to work out while minimizing joint stress. This class involves cardiovascular conditioning combined with strength and abdominal work.
