With offerings ranging from high-energy dance sessions to muscle-toning workouts and mind-centering yoga flows, there’s something for everyone looking to stay active this spring quarter.
Find Your Rhythm with Cardio-Focused Classes
If you love movement and music, our cardio classes will keep you energized. Take Breakaway, a high intensity cycling class designed to build endurance and tone muscles. For a more expressive workout, Jazz Funk Jam blends jazz and hip-hop dance styles, helping you master new moves while getting a solid workout. And if you’re looking for a party on the dance floor, Zumba will have you grooving to Latin and international beats while working on cardio, muscle conditioning, and flexibility.
Cross-Training for Strength and Stamina
For a full-body workout, check out Cardio Sport, a class combining cardio, strength, and agility in a game-like setting. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) will push your limits with short bursts of intense exercise. At the same time, the new LIIT (Low-Impact Interval Training) offers a joint-friendly alternative to keep you moving without jumping. Aqua Fit provides a refreshing way to build endurance with minimal joint strain if you prefer a water-based workout.
Sculpt and Strengthen with Strength & Tone Classes
Want to tone up? Barre Connect fuses Pilates, dance, and yoga to create a full-body workout, while Body Pump uses barbells to challenge all major muscle groups. TRX Suspension Training leverages your body weight and gravity for an effective strength workout, and 6-Pack Abs is perfect for those looking to target their core in just 30 minutes.

New & Exciting Workshops
For something a little different, try Hydro Hype HIIT, which blends high-intensity interval training with water-based exercises for a fun and challenging workout. Dance lovers can immerse themselves in Salsa/Bachata where experienced instructors guide you through the vibrant rhythms of Latin dance. And for those interested in martial arts, Shorin Ryu Karate offers a hands-on introduction to Okinawan self-defense techniques.
