SwimFit
Looking to push yourself in the pool this winter? SwimFit is perfect for intermediate and experienced swimmers who want structured, challenging workouts. Participants are grouped by skill level and paired with an instructor to guide them through sessions focused on endurance, stroke technique, seed, and effective training strategies.
- Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Dates: Jan. 5–March 13
- Time: 7–8 a.m.
- Location: Cal Poly Recreation Center Lap Pool
- Cost: $60
- No classes: Jan. 15 & Feb. 16
Personal Aquatics Training
Prefer a more personalized approach? Work one–on–one with an aquatics instructor to meet your specific goals— whether you’re learning the basics or mastering advanced strokes. Each lesson is customized to your level, focusing on anything from water comfort to refining technique, building endurance, and increasing overall confidence in the water.
- Schedule: Flexible, coordinate directly with your instructor
- Session length: 30, 45, or 60 mins
- Cost: $120 for a total of 4 hours of instruction
