This quarter’s events are designed to help you de-stress, fuel your body, spark creativity, and prepare for finals with confidence. Whether you stop by for a quick pick–me–up or stay to get hands–on, there’s something for everyone in this season’s lineup.
Fill Your Bucket
This drop-in wellness event is designed to help students pause, recharge, and reconnect with their own well–being. Centered around the idea that you can’t pour from an empty cup, the event encourages self–care through small but meaningful practices. Attendees can pick up free goodies like tea bags, electrolytes, protein bars, and stickers while taking a moment to reflect on what keeps them balanced. It’s a simple, supportive space to reset, refuel, and leave with gentle reminders to prioritize yourself throughout the quarter.

DIY Snack Bar: Collab with Cal Fresh Outreach
Join ASI Wellness for a DIY Snack Bar where you can build your own custom goodie bag to fuel your week. Choose from a variety of ingredients to create a personalized trail mix or snack blend while taking a moment to recharge. Representatives from Cal Poly CalFresh Outreach will also be there to share helpful information about the CalFresh program and available food resources. It’s a fun, hands–on way to support your well–being while learning more about options that can help you stay nourished and supported.

Build Your Own Parfait: Collab with Better Food Foundation
Build your own delicious parfait at this interactive wellness event focused on nutrition and sustainability. In collaboration with the Better Food Foundation, this experience highlights how simple, mindful food choices can support both your well–being and the environment. Stop by to create a tasty treat, explore tips for balanced eating, and learn how small changes can make a meaningful impact

Unwind & Align
Take a break from the busyness of the quarter and reset with a calming blend of guided meditation and gentle yoga flow. This rejuvenating session is designed to help you release tension, improve mindfulness, and reconnect with your body through intentional movement and breath. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, it’s an inviting space to unwind, restore balance, and leave feeling more centered and refreshed.

Paint Your Own Succulent Pot
Celebrate creativity and sustainability at this hands–on wellness event where you can paint your own small succulent pot and bring a little greenery into your space. Take time to unwind, express yourself through art, and design a pot that reflects your personal style. Each participant will leave with a finished creation and a plant to care for—serving as a simple, lasting reminder to slow down, stay grounded, and nurture both yourself and your environment.

Study Survival Station
