As the new year begins, ASI Wellness invites you to embrace the season of reflection and renewal. This quarter’s lineup is all about slowing down, warming up, and nurturing your well–being. Whether you’re looking to move, create, or simply take a breath, these events offer opportunities to care for yourself and connect with your Cal Poly community.
Vision Board Making
Start your new year with intention! Join ASI Wellness and ASI Events for a creative afternoon of vision board making—an inspiring way to visualize your goals and dreams for 2026. All materials are provided, so just bring your imagination and an open mind.

ASI Wellness & Wholesum Clinic: Free Massage & Movement Assessment
Take a restorative break with a free 10-minute shoulder and neck massage, plus a bonus Functional Movement Assessment using 3D Kinetisense technology. Receive your own movement video, scored results, and a personalized mobility plan. Sign–ups are in person at the Cal Poly Recreation Center lobby, first come, first served, and limited to one slot per person per event.

Fill Your Bucket
You can’t pour from an empty cup, so take a moment to fill your own! This drop–in wellness event invites students to recharge and practice self–care with free goodies like tea bags, electrolytes, protein bars, and stickers. Reflect on what keeps you balanced and leave refreshed with reminders to care for yourself all quarter long.

ASI Wellness & PULSE: The Planning Corner
Start your quarter feeling organized and confident! Stop by the Cal Poly Recreation Center lobby to pick up a free planner, decorate it with provided materials, and learn simple organizational tips to stay on track this winter. Students can also sit down with a PULSE Lead for one-on-one help planning their schedule for the quarter.

Yoga: Unwind & Align
Breath, stretch, and find your flow at this rejuvenating yoga session designed to help you release tension and restore balance. No experience necessary— just come ready to move, unwind, and connect with your body. A perfect midwinter reset.

Blooming Kindness: Origami Workshop
Create a little love this winter! In collaboration with the ASI Craft Center, ASI Wellness invites you to a Valentine’s Day–themed origami flower workshop. Make a handcrafted flower for someone special—or keep one for yourself! No experience needed; just bring your creativity and enjoy this cozy, hands-on destress session.

Beat the Winter Blues
Feeling the winter slump? Learn practical strategies to beat the seasonal blues by receiving small winter themed goodies, and receive mental health resources. A supportive and uplifting space to help you recharge and reconnect.

Relaxation Room & Study Space
Finals can be tough— so take a break! The Relaxation Room offers a peaceful space to decompress with cozy vibes and self–care activities. Stop by anytime during finals week to rest, recharge, and breathe.
