Unwind With ASI Wellness

As finals season creeps in, Cal Poly students are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and find a little peace amid the academic chaos. ASI Wellness and ASI Fitness are teaming up once again to present Exam De-Stress, a calming candlelit workshop designed to help students reset and recharge before exams. 

This unique experience combines restorative yoga, meditation, and journaling in a cozy, low-lit environment that encourages mindfulness and relaxation. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or just looking to spend an intentional hour with yourself, this workshop offers a safe space to unwind and refocus. 

Workshop Details: 

 April 28 at 5:15–6:30 p.m. 

June 2 at 5–6:15 p.m. 

📍 Fitness Studio 2 at the Cal Poly Recreation Center (Building 43) 

Mats and journals will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to relax and take care of yourself. 

Let the soft glow of candles, the power of breath, and the grounding act of journaling guide you into a clearer, calmer mindset as you gear up for exams.
