Summer is the perfect time to refocus on your health, reset your routine, embrace movement, and ASI is here for you! Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, build strength, or find a little balance in your day, the Summer 2025 Fitness Class Schedule has something for everyone.
Summer fitness classes will run from June 23–Sept. 5. Be sure to reserve a spot (if applicable) via the ASI Access App or ASI Website. The full schedule is also now live on the ASI Website!
Cardio Focus: Find Your Rhythm
Looking to stay energized and build endurance? Our cardio-based classes are designed to get you moving:
Breakaway: High-intensity indoor cycling that is designed to build endurance and tone muscles.
Cross Training: A dynamic mix of cardio, strength, and agility in a high-powered, game-like setting.
Aqua Fit: A low-impact, water-based workout that improves stamina and joint flexibility.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Push your limits with quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.
LIIT (Low-Impact Interval Training): All the benefits of HIIT, but easier on your joints. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Strength & Tone: Build Power and Confidence
Tone and strengthen your body with classes focused on resistance and form:
6-Pack Abs: Target your core in just 30 minutes.
Barre Connect: A fusion of Pilates, ballet, and yoga that sculpts and tones.
Body Pump: Full-body barbell workouts that hit all major muscle groups.
Fusion Pilates: A mat-based class designed to improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
Yoga: Center Yourself This Summer
Stay grounded and flexible with our wide variety of yoga classes:
Hatha Yoga: Gentle poses and breathwork to relax and reset.
Power Flow: A more athletic approach to yoga, designed to build strength and endurance.
Vinyasa Flow: Seamlessly flowing movements guided by breath.
Yoga Flow: A blend of traditional yoga styles for full-body balance and mindfulness.
Hydro Hype HIIT: Summer Workshops
Make a splash with this fun and challenging high-intensity water workout! These summer workshops blend resistance training with aquatic cardio for a workout that’s both powerful and refreshing. No reservations required, first-come-first-served for available spots!

Want a custom fitness experience for your group, club, or department? Book a Private Group Class this summer. Perfect for team-building, special occasions, or just a fun way to get moving together.
