Dealing with the hassle of getting groceries off campus? ASI Student Government has you covered! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a free grocery shuttle service through Mustang Shuttle starting this winter and spring quarter. This initiative, in partnership with Campus Health and Wellbeing (Basic Needs), is designed to make sure every student has easy, reliable access to affordable food.
The goal of this initiative is to eliminate transportation barriers for students who lack reliable access to off-campus stores, like Trader Joe’s and Target.
Grocery Shuttle Details:
- When: Every Friday and Sunday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Quarters: Weeks one through eight of winter and spring quarters
- Cost: Free for all students with a valid PolyCard
- Routes & Pickup Locations: The service will operate on three distinct routes:
- Route 1: Continuous loop between the University Union and Performing Arts Center (PAC) bus stop to Trader Joe’s and Food 4 Less
- Route 2: Continuous loop between the University Union and Performing Arts Center (PAC) bus stop to Target, Whole Foods, and Costco
- Route 3 : Continuous loop between the Vista Caballo B stop in Poly Canyon Village and Trader Joe’s and Food 4 Less
