The ASI Executive Staff is a dynamic program for any Cal Poly student looking to take their involvement and leadership skills to the next level. This no-obligation social and leadership development opportunity encourages students to learn more about ASI Student Government, connect with student leaders, and make a positive impact on the Cal Poly community.
Executive Staff Meetings are held every Tuesday from 6:00–7:30 p.m. in the Recreation Center Training Room (Building 43, Room 109). Members of the public and campus community are welcome to participate and provide public comment during the open forum. Open forum takes place during the first 15 minutes of every meeting. If you are unable to attend an ASI Executive Staff meeting but would like to address the group, you may send a letter to the Secretary of Executive Staff.
This unique, hands-on program gives students in the campus community the opportunity to work alongside Student Government, volunteer at events, and have their voices heard in student leadership. Executive Staff meetings may also feature speakers from the Cal Poly and San Luis Obispo community, offering members opportunities to connect with campus and community leaders.
