Strength & ToneSculpt your body through a combination of flowing yoga movements and interval-based cardio training. Push your body with Vinyasa movements that combine weights and props focused on vitalizing your body.
Know Before You Go
Studio 2
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
