Strength & Tone

This class teaches stability and interval training to strengthen and tone abdominals and legs at times utilizing a variety of equipment at the instructor's discretion.

Know Before You Go

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Arrive early for equipment set-up.
