ASI Sage and ASI Monarch Scholarship Opportunity

San Luis Obispo, Calif. 09/23/2025 — ASI remains dedicated to uplifting and supporting our underserved communities. In May 2025, the ASI Board of Directors approved a $30,000 allocation for each scholarship. We’re excited to share that applications are now open for the ASI Monarch and Sage Student Scholarships. Eligible students are encouraged to apply.

The ASI Monarch Scholarship is for students who have demonstrated a commitment to honoring and celebrating the experiences of the Immigrant community at Cal Poly. This scholarship is open to students of any major and class level who are enrolled full-time. Applicants must have a minimum Cal Poly cumulative GPA of 2.5; campus or community leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities and achievements will also be considered. The minimum scholarship award is $1,000 but the amount may vary from scholarship to scholarship.

The ASI Sage Scholarship is for students who have demonstrated contributions to Native American and Indigenous communities. This scholarship is open to students of any major and class level who are enrolled full-time. Applicants must have a minimum Cal Poly cumulative GPA of 2.5; campus or community leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities and achievements will also be considered. The minimum scholarship award is $1,000 but the amount may vary from scholarship to scholarship.

To apply for both the ASI Monarch or ASI Sage Student Scholarships, use the secure general scholarship application process through the Cal Poly Portal and apply by Oct. 27, 2025.
