Day Trips
Big Sur Day Hike – (Oct. 25, 2025)
Get ready for an unforgettable day of hiking through Big Sur, a landmark right in our own backyard. See first-hand the stunning coastal scenery, rugged cliffs, and unique ecosystem.

Pismo Surf Day – (Nov. 8, 2025)
Learn to surf with Poly Escapes Trip Leaders! Come out to a local beach and learn how to paddle, stand up, and catch your first wave with Poly Escapes.

Avila Lighthouse Day Kayak – (Nov. 15, 2025)
Spend the day in Avila Beach kayaking to the famous Point San Luis Lighthouse. We will kayak from Avila Beach to a secluded beach and take a short walk to the lighthouse founded in 1890. The lighthouse still serves as a beacon for ships at sea with the light visible up to 17 miles away.

Overnight Trips
Big Sur Backpacking – Salmon Creek (Oct. 3–5, 2025)
Join is on a 15-mile backpacking trip through the southernmost tip of Big Sur State Park. The hike kicks off with stunning sea cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, then winds through beautiful redwood forests and lush coastal vegetation, all tucked between awe-inspiring mountain views.

Sequoia National Park Backpacking – (Oct. 17–19, 2025)
Venture into the heart of Sequoia National Park for a weekend of backpacking, stunning alpine views, and iconic natural landmarks. Hike through granite-lined trails to the breathtaking Pear Lake, where crystal-clear waters reflect the surrounding Sierra peaks. Spend the night camping beneath a sky full of stars, and don’t miss the chance to stand beneath the mighty General Sherman Tree—the largest tree on Earth.
