- Submit your reservation request based on your group type: students need an E-Plan, departments work with schedulers, and external groups coordinate through Conference and Event Planning.
- Provide event details to the ASI Event Logistics team, who will assist with support services and vendor referrals.
- Review the Production Schedule sent by ASI, outlining key event details and receive a cost estimate based on venue, group affiliation, and event specifics.
