Have a project, event, or initiative that builds community and shines a light on social justice issues? ASI Student Government wants to support it.
The ASI Social Justice Program Funding is now available to help students and campus groups turn powerful ideas into impactful action. Whether you’re part of a cultural event, launching an educational campaign, or planning a program that fosters belonging—this funding can help make it happen.
Funding is available to currently chartered Cal Poly RSOs with ASI-managed on-campus accounts, Cal Poly departments, and IRAs (Instructionally Related Activities). Eligible groups can apply for up to $3,000 per year, which can be used to support up to three events or projects. Funding may be the sole source for your initiative or used alongside other eligible funding sources.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the annual $30,000 funding is exhausted. Be sure to submit your application at least 21 days before your event or project date to be considered.
To apply, RSOs and IRAs can visit Cal Poly Now, and departments can submit their application through Adobe Sign. Full guidelines and eligibility information can be found on our website.
Don’t miss your chance to make a difference—apply today and bring your vision of social justice to life at Cal Poly!
