ASI Student Government is looking for committed, compassionate students for the 2024–25 University Union Advisory Board (UUAB).
Seats are available to represent the following academic colleges: College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Bailey College of Science and Mathematics, and Orfalea College of Business.
Applications for the 2024–25 UUAB Membership will be accepted until May 10 at 11:59 p.m. Interviews will take place from May 13–17. The UUAB’s mission is to represent students by maximizing their opportunities and improving experiences.
The University Union Advisory Board (UUAB) makes policy recommendations for ASI-managed facilities including the Cal Poly Recreation Center, Julian A. McPhee University Union, Cal Poly Sports Complex, Doerr Family Field, and Cal Poly P while working to maintain the integrity of the University Union student body fee. For a complete list of responsibilities, please review the UUAB Responsibility Guide. The University Union Advisory Board members receive priority registration and ASI vehicle privileges, if eligible. The goal is to allow leaders to focus on their studies and commitment to ASI Student Government.
UUAB meetings are open to the public and will be held in-person during spring quarter. They are located inside the Recreation Center Training Room (Bldg. 43). Meeting details can be found on the ASI website.
