Progressive programming involving a prep day Friday evening (Feb. 6) where participants help plan the meal, learn how to use the stoves and other equipment, etc. The following day we’ll meet on campus and drive to Santa Margarita Lake (about 30 minutes). We’ll do a hike (likely Grey Pine trail along the lake, 6.4mi). We’ll then prep and cook dinner using what was learned from the previous night!
