Zoya is a second-year statistics major with a minor in bioinformatics from Dublin, California, where she was born and raised. On campus, she is involved in the Bioinformatics Research Group, BioBreakthrough Club, and Muslim Student Association. In her free time, she enjoys playing intramural sports, practicing piano, and grabbing sweet treats with friends. Zoya is excited to explore how statistics can make a meaningful impact on public health throughout her time at Cal Poly.
