• Visit the IMLeagues website.
• Log in with your Cal Poly Portal user information.
• To register, navigate to the “Sports” tab to see the quarter’s offerings.
• Once you (team captain) decide on your desired league/division, click “Create Team”.
  • This will only be available once registration opens.
• Team captains should plan out what league/division they plan to register for.
• Captains will then have to create a team name, team picture (optional), and provide their contact information.
• Team captains will then have the ability to “invite” players to their team rosters.
• Players who are “invited” will receive a notification via email and the IMLeagues app that they must accept
• All participants are required to purchase a pass to complete registration. Passes are purchased on IMLeagues.

• Players who do not purchase their pass ahead of time will be prompted to do so when attempting to register or join a team.
• Only team captains need to register for their team.
• Log in to IMLeagues several minutes early to prepare for registration.
• Keep multiple tabs open to view multiple leagues and divisions.
• If you register but do not receive a spot in your desired league/division, you will automatically be placed on that waitlist. (However, you will still have the ability to join other leagues/divisions.)

The Player Pass acts like a membership to ASI Intramural Sports for the quarter. With this pass, participants can create or join any number of teams throughout the quarter. That’s access to all Intramural Sports leagues and tournaments during a quarter with a one-time purchase!
