• Purchase a pass for the way you want to play through ASI Access. A pass is required for registration by all participants. 
• Fusion Play is only available as a mobile app. Download Fusion Play on the App Store and Google Play. 
• Log in with your Cal Poly Portal user information.
• Create your profile.
• Once registration opens, individuals and teams can begin to register for any desired leagues or tournaments. 
• Plan for the league and division you/team captains plan to register for. Browse the activities and select the desired leagues and league divisions.
• Once you/team captain decide on the desired league/division, select “Create Team”.
• Customize your team: add the name, add an optional photo, and provide contact information.
• Team captains will have the ability to “invite” players to their team rosters by sending a link via text message.
• Players will have to “accept” their invitation through the Fusion Play app. Invited participants will only be able to join a team if they have purchased a pass.

• Purchase passes early. Passes will be available at least one week prior to registration. 
• All participants are required to purchase a pass to complete registration. Purchase your pass in advance for a faster registration experience.
• Download Fusion Play app in advance of registration. 
• Set up your Fusion Play account prior to registration. 
• Log in to Fusion Play in advance of registration time.  
• Players who do not purchase their pass ahead of time will be prompted to do so when attempting to register or join a team. 
• Only team captains need to register for their team, but teams will not be added to a league/division until the minimum roster requirements are met.
• If you register but do not receive a spot in your desired league/division, you will automatically be placed on that waitlist. (However, you will still have the ability to join other leagues/divisions.)

The Player Pass acts like a membership to ASI Intramural Sports for the quarter. With this pass, participants can create or join any number of teams throughout the quarter. That’s access to all Intramural Sports leagues and tournaments during a quarter with a one-time purchase!

Looking to join the fun for just one tournament? The Tournament Pass allows participants to play in a single tournament offered during the quarter. Just a one-time purchase and you’re set to register.
