Victoria Kromhout
She/Her/Hers
Yoga
Victoria first experienced yoga at the age of 6 at the Montessori School where she grew up in Scottsdale, AZ. Throughout her young adult life, Victoria continued to experience yoga and it seemed that yoga was always manifesting stability and joy in her life. After injuring her back when she was 23, Victoria found healing, grounding, and strength through her daily practice. She found a teacher that inspired her to learn more, so Victoria focused her training on Kripalu and Iyengar yoga. Through this fullness and healing, she continued her journey seeking out workshops throughout Arizona and California where she was able to gain a depth of understanding and experience that she lives for sharing now. Victoria completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with YogaWorks at the Yoga Center in San Luis Obispo in 2010. She completed her 300-hour training at LEVITYoga in 2016. Victoria has traveled to India several times and has experienced the healing art of Ayurvedic Medicine along with a life-changing trip on the sacred Ganges. She was naturally drawn to yoga for the sense of peace, calming, healing, and belonging it brought to her spirit since childhood. She enjoys teaching and practicing strong, Vinyasa flow style classes as well as blissful restorative ones. Victoria is a passionate and loving person who believes in the healing benefits of a daily yoga practice and the nourishing benefits of Ayurveda, and wants to share these gifts with all of her students.
