Grace Murphy

Grace is currently a first-year student who is studying biomedical engineering with the ultimate goal of becoming a navy trauma surgeon. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a gymnastics coach back home. On campus she is involved with the distance club, along with engineers without borders, empower/lower limb exoskeleton assistance project, and the chabad. She always loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, climbing, surfing, and running. She originally got into weightlifting and exercising because her dad is also a certified personal trainer. In her role at ASI, she hopes to encourage other students and community members to reach their fitness goals so they can lead a happy and healthy life.
