Cross Training

Get in shape, advance your striking game, and increase your conditioning through a variety of kickboxing combos and techniques. This class incorporates elements of Muay Thai, Dutch kickboxing, American boxing, and traditional martial arts. Learn striking and defensive skills and hone your kickboxing techniques in this high-energy, cardiovascular workout.

Know Before You Go

Mat Room

No pre-requisites; all fitness levels are welcome.
Hand wraps are required and can be purchased at the Pro Shop. Boxing gloves are highly recommended.

Wear comfortable workout pants or shorts and shirt that allow for a full range of movement; shoes are not required, but please wear shoes while walking through the Recreation Center.
