CardioLearn and practice an array of hip-hop, pop, and dancehall-style choreography — in heels! Build your confidence as you move and strut your way through fun, lively dances that encourage fun and openness.
Know Before You Go
Studio 3
Heels are encouraged but not required. Thicker and shorter heels are recommended for beginners. Heel protectors are required to prevent scuffing. Long pants or knee pads are recommended.
