Strength & ToneThis high-intensity mat-based Pilates class uses different fitness props with dynamic movements to strengthen, tone, create balance, and foster endurance.
Know Before You Go
Studio 2
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
A reservation is required for this course.
