This high-intensity mat-based Pilates class uses different fitness props with dynamic movements to strengthen, tone, create balance, and foster endurance.

Know Before You Go

Studio 2

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.

Reservation required during fall quarter.
