Combine traditional pilates techniques with workout and equipment and get moving in Fusion Pilates! Focus your mind and body with movements aimed at strengthening your core and overall muscle control.

Know Before You Go

Studio 2

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Please remove socks and shoes prior to class; shoes are required when walking through the Recreation Center. Fitness mats will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own fitness mats. Arrive early to set up your station.
