Ceramics Handbuilding Class
$100 students/$120 faculty & staff
Learn the fundamentals of handbuilding pottery.
Before ceramicists invented the throwing wheel, handbuilding was the only way they could create functional and artistic ceramic forms. In the class, students will learn different handbuilding techniques to make wall hangings, pots, tiles, and more with just their hands, clay, and a few simple tools!
Please Note: Registration for a Handbuilding Class grants access only to handbuilding instruction and studio space. Wheel throwing access is not included unless you are separately enrolled in a Wheel Throwing Class.
