Mustang Mile 2025

The 13th Annual Mustang Mile is back! This 5K of fun honors the memory of Carson Starkey, who lost his life to alcohol poisoning after a fraternity hazing incident. Mustang Mile hopes to provide health and wellness resources that educate students on the signs of alcohol poisoning and the dangers of binge drinking.

Woodstock’s Pizza and free ice cream will be available for attendees to enjoy. Costumes are encouraged! 

Participation in Mustang Mile is free for all students, faculty/staff, and Cal Poly community members. The course route will be through the Cal Poly campus.
