Jill is a San Luis Obispo native whose path has been shaped by curiosity, service, and a genuine love of working with people. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College and later served in the Peace Corps, supporting health initiatives in Nicaragua. That experience strengthened her commitment to community, adaptability, and showing up with a positive, can-do mindset.
Jill holds an MBA from Cal State San Bernardino, reflecting her interest in how organizations can better support the people they serve. With a background in customer service and operations, Jill values collaboration, communication, and creating environments where others can thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, treasure-hunting at the beach, and discovering local food spots.
