Jessica Lipsit, Coordinator II – Event Management, has been a dedicated member of the ASI team since 2003. She began her career as a Program Assistant and has held various roles, including Club Services Assistant and Assistant Coordinator for Facility Scheduling, before stepping into her current position.
As Coordinator II, Jessica oversees the planning, preparation, and support services for events hosted in ASI-managed facilities. She leads a team of full-time and student staff across facility scheduling, event logistics, event operations, and audio-visual services. With deep expertise in facility policies, Jessica ensures that each event runs smoothly while adapting to the evolving demands of events, technology, and people.
What Jessica loves most about her role is the variety and opportunity for growth. “No two days are ever the same. Events, technology, and people are always changing, which keeps my work exciting and engaging.” One of her greatest joys is reconnecting with former student staff. Watching their professional and personal growth—whether they’re starting families or pursuing exciting careers—has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her time at ASI.
