McPhee University Union, Building 65, Rm 212 Carol began working for ASI in 2003 as the coordinator – Human Resources. Since that time, she was promoted to assistant director – Business Services in 2013 and director – Business Services in 2017. In this position, she is responsible for the oversight of the organizational Human Resources, Information Technology, and Accounting departments. Carol focuses on departmental planning, communication, and staff coaching. Carol obtained a bachelor’s degree in communication from Western Illinois University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Colorado State University – Global Campus with research focused on the benefits of on-campus student employment. She received the ASI Outstanding Service Award in 2007. Carol has extensive training in all areas of human resource management and attained her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resource Management in 2009. Carol’s favorite thing about working for ASI is the ability to develop strong relationships with the students and staff and to see others grow and develop through their work experiences.
