26th Annual Mark S. Reuling Volleyball Tournament

San Luis Obispo, Calif. 10/4/2024 – On Friday, Oct. 25, the 26th Annual Mark S. Reuling Volleyball Tournament will take place at the Cal Poly Recreation Center. This tournament is presented by ASI Intramural Sports and is held as a part of the Buck the Stigma event series, which highlights the importance of mental health and wellness. Buck the Stigma is an annual event established by ASI Student Government and PULSE and supported by Cal Poly’s Campus Health and Wellbeing.

Open to students, faculty, staff, and campus community members, this event is fun for all! The tournament raises funds for the Reuling Memorial Endowment and promotes mental health awareness in remembrance of Mark S. Reuling. It aims to bring attention to programs related to mental health for the campus community.

The 26th Annual Mark S. Reuling Volleyball Tournament will feature a 6v6 indoor volleyball competition for staff from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. at the Cal Poly Recreation Center Gym, as well as a 4v4 sand volleyball competition for students from 1–4 p.m. at the Cal Poly Recreation Center Sand Volleyball Courts. Both tournaments will be double elimination. Faculty and staff can register their teams for $60. Students are required to have a valid $25 Player Pass, or a $10 single-use Tournament Pass for each player on the roster. Registration is required and opens on Friday, Oct. 11 at 10 a.m.
