Morgan Oliveira
College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences Representative
Third-year, Agricultural Communications, College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences
Branch: Board of Directors
Morgan Oliveira is a third-year agricultural communication student from Hilmar, California, and is honored to be serving her second term on the ASI Board of Directors representing the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences for the 2025–26 academic year.
Morgan stated that Cal Poly has always felt like home, not just because of its hands-on learning, but because of the strong sense of community within the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences. Growing up as a third-generation dairy farmer, she learned early on the values of passion, selflessness, and advocating for the people and industries that matter most. Those values continue to guide her journey at Cal Poly and drives her passion for service in student government.
She currently serves as Vice President of the Los Lecheros Dairy Club and Secretary of the CAFES Club Council. On campus, Morgan work as a student assistant for the Agricultural Education and Communication Department and as a social media assistant for the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences Dean’s Office. she also manages social media for the Cal Poly Dairy, so if you see some cute cow content on your feed, that's her behind the screen!
Through all of her experiences, she has learned that leadership is not just about action; it's about understanding. She strives to represent students across the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences, but it's her goal to advocate about the issues that impact the broader student population, especially about the agriculture industry.
Let's move forward together and make this year count!
