Ben was born and raised in Modesto, California. His current employment has been spent working at a winery in Lodi, California for the past six summers working on a ranch with the production of growing wine grapes. Currently at school, he is a proud and active member in the professional/social Fraternity Alpha Gamma Rho serving as the representative on the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences Council, serving on the leadership team for the 2021 Western Bonanza Junior Livestock Show as a facilities chair, and a member of Cal Poly's Young Cattlemen's Association. His interests and hobbies include all activities in the great outdoors such as skiing, backpacking, hunting, and many more. His hopes to achieve within ASI Student Government, specifically serving on University Union Advisory Board, are to build more student camaraderie in ASI-managed facilities, support campus sustainability, and improve his own leadership skills through service to a school and it’s students that have given him so much opportunity and experience. Post-graduation, he plans to enter the agricultural industry.
