Jessie Elizalde-Rendon

Jessie is a fourth-year student at Cal Poly pursuing a bachelor’s in industrial engineering. She first joined the program as a participant in 2022’s StarGrazers and continued my involvement as element lead and assistant design chair in the following years. This upcoming 2025 float year, Jessie is excited to have been selected and to serve as Design Chair for her last year in the program. Jessie has always enjoyed watching the carefully crafted float design become a reality as each lab day passes with the collective effort of everyone involved. This has sparked her passion for project management and fostering a collaborative work environment. Outside of Rose Float, Jessie enjoys singing as part of the Cantabile choir and participating in various intramural sports with friends.
