Planning a Club Event
An Event Plan (E-Plan) is required for all on- and off-campus Cal Poly club events, meetings, and signage.
ASI is committed to prioritizing the safety and security of our students, community members, and facilities. We are following all campus guidelines led by the university as it continues to monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19.
Reservations for the 2020-2021 academic year are postponed until further notice. This postponement will allow ASI the necessary time to work with the campus and local health agencies in identifying which spaces will be open and can be safely occupied during the 2020–21 academic year.
Planning a club event often requires collaboration and partnership with a variety of on and off campus entities. Understanding the policies and procedures for hosting an event is an important step to ensure every event is a success.
An event may require 3 business days, 7 days, or 14 days based on location and event needs. The E-Plan must be submitted and approved online by the club president and advisor within the designated timelines.
