As a yoga instructor for the last five years, Mashelle inspires others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals. She has led yoga classes for all skill levels, from beginning to advanced. Her specialties include: Hatha, Gentle, and Restorative yoga. She teaches students correct postures to ensure maximum benefit and safety and provides guided meditation at the beginning and end of each class to help students center themselves and get the most out of each session. She has worked with students of all body types and fitness levels to develop customized programs and positional adjustments that increase skill, fitness, and wellbeing. Being in one of Mashelle’s classes will give students an in-depth understanding of breathing techniques. As a massage therapist/practitioner, she adds a variety of modalities to the healing/yoga experience.
