Hanna is an adventurous soul who has a diverse range of interests being a yogi, photographer, drummer, and a lover of nature and dogs. She is graduating from Cal Poly with a major in agricultural communications and a minor in business. She has been a consistent practitioner of various styles of yoga since she was 16, receiving her 200-hour yoga training in 2021, and also completing a two-week-long yoga retreat in France and trauma recovery yoga training this year.
Hanna teaches to encourage others to build a deeper connection with themselves through a judgment-free practice. She prioritizes establishing a safe space for people to be their authentic selves and invites compassion and mindfulness. Her dynamic flows are made with the intention to help others build confidence as they honor their body’s intuition. She has a special interest in mental wellness for college students and young adults, aiming to help others alleviate stress, foster healthy habits, and find self-love.
