In Parent & Me swimming classes, our instructors create an interactive, engaging learning environment by using songs and other fun activities for parents in the water to work directly with their own children. The Next Step Parent and Me Swim Class is designed for toddlers aged 2–4 years. In this program instructors enable parents to become more independent in the water with their children while using activities that teach independent submersions, breath control and rollover breathing. The class will prepare kids to participate in level 1 or 2 group swimming lessons.
